New to sports betting?
Here's everything you need to know to place your first bet, from funding your account to cashing out your winnings.
1. Fund your account
Go to Me → Deposit and top up via Mobile Money (manual or instant) or crypto. Deposits are usually credited within minutes.
2. Find a match
Browse Sports for football, basketball, and esports fixtures, or use Games for a combined live + upcoming view. Tap a match to see all its markets.
3. Pick your odds
Tap an odds button (e.g. Home/Draw/Away) to add it to your bet slip. The number shown is the multiplier your stake is paid out at if the selection wins.
4. Build your slip
A single selection is a Single bet. Add more selections from different matches to combine them into a Multiple (accumulator) — all selections must win for the bet to pay out.
5. Set your stake and place the bet
Open the bet slip, enter your stake, review the potential payout, and confirm. Your balance updates immediately once the bet is placed.
6. Track and cash out
Follow your open bets under Me → Sports Bet History. Settled bets show as Won, Lost, or Void (voided selections are refunded).
7. Withdraw your winnings
Go to Me → Withdraw to cash out to your mobile money number. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed by our team.
